Na ivici ludila
Izložba „Na ivici ludila“ u Muzeju Van
Goga u Amsterdamu, prvi put će se baviti
isključivo zdravstvenim stanjem velikog
slikara. Od 15. jula do 25. septembra biće
prikazano 25 radova nastalih u poslednju
godinu i po Van Gogovog života, iz kojih
se vidi njegova borba s bolešću. Biće izlo-
ženo i nekoliko važnih radova koji se za tu
priliku pozajmljuju od drugih muzeja, pre
svega remek-delo, portret njegovog dok-
tora Feliksa Reja iz Puškinovog muzeja u
Moskvi (na slici).

On the verge of insanity
The exhibition “On the verge of insanity”
at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam
will deal exclusively with the state of health
of the great painter for the first time ever.
From 15
th
July to 25
th
September the exhi-
bition will feature 25 works created during
the final year and a half of Van Gogh’s life,
in which his fight with madness can clearly
be seen. The event will include a number
of important works borrowed for this
occasion from other museums, primarily
the masterpiece of his portrait of his doctor
Felix Rey, loaned from Moscow’s Pushkin
Museum (pictured).

Nevidljiva piramida Luvra
Pariski ulični umetnik JR učinio je da staklena piramida na
ulazu u pariski muzej Luvr nestane. On je stranicu piramide
oblepio crno – belim muralom-fotografijom fasade kamene
zgrade iza piramide i time stvorio optičku varku kao da pira-
mide nema (na snimku). Umetnost optičke varke je poznata
vekovima, otkako je u doba renesanse otkrivena perspektiva.
Najzanimljivije u slučaju Luvra jeste što je jedan od najreno-
miranijih muzeja na svetu angažovao uličnog umetnika i time
mu, na neki način, obezbedio mesto u istoriji.

Louvre’s invisible pyramid
Parisian street artist JR has made the glass pyramid at the
entrance to Paris’s Louvre disappear. He stuck to the sides of the
pyramid a black and white photo-mural of the façade of the stone
building of the museum behind the pyramid, thus creating an
optical illusion whereby it appears there is no pyramid (pictured).
The art of optical illusion has been known for centuries, ever since
the concept of perspective was discovered during the Renaissance
period. The most interesting element in the case of the Louvre,
one of the most renowned museums in the world, is that it hired
this street artist, thereby in some way securing his place in history.

Interaktivno jedrenje
Jahting klub jedne od najprestižnijih mediteranskih marina za
luksuzne jahte, Porto Montenegro u crnogorskom obalskom
gradiću Tivtu, pokrenula je intenzivne kurseve jedrenja na ek-
skluzivnim jedrilicama tipa Blu26 za početnike i napredne jedrili-
čare. Kursevi traju četiri i šest dana, a jedri se po Boki Kotorskoj,
najlepšem fjordu Sredozemlja. To je prva takva inicijativa u
Crnoj Gori, a namera kluba je da privuče međunarodnu poslovnu
klijentelu kojoj odgovaraju kratki programi.

Interactive sailing
The Yacht Club one of the most prestigious Mediterranean
marinas for luxury yachts, Porto Montenegro, in the Montenegrin
coastal town of Tivat, has launched intensive sailing courses on
exclusive yachts type Blu26 for novices and advanced sailors.
Courses last for four to six days and include sailing in Kotor
Bay, the most beautiful fjord in the Mediterranean. This is the
first such initiative in Montenegro, and the club’s intention is
to attract international business clientele for whom such short
programmes are convenient.
