londonska galerija Beetles & Huxley. Njihova ovogodišnja postav-
ka „Fotografi 2014“ podstiče posetioce da stvore svoje kolekcije.

photographs in history
Is it possible to determine which photographic images are the most
important in the history of art? Such a pretentious undertaking is
attempted every year by London’s Beetles & Huxley Gallery. Their
year’s exhibition of photographers from 2014 encourages visitors to
create their own collections. The exhibition catalogue quotes Susan
Sontag: “To collect photographs is to collect the world”. Shown here

U amsterdamskom Muzeju
fotografije od 13. decembra
održava se izložba „Svetlost
plesa, neka vas pokrene...“.
Filmski i video radovi i fo-
tografije različitih svetskih
umetnika osvetliće emocio-
nalnost plesa. Na fotografiji
je kadar iz videa „Spori ples“
Dejvida Mihaleka, jednog od
ključnih umetnika na izložbi.
Rad je snimljen sa 1000
kadrova u sekundi, transfor-
mišući pet sekundi pokreta u
10 minuta videa.

exhibition “Dancing Light /
Let it move you…” from 13

December. Film and video
works, as well as photo-
graphs of various artists, will
light up the world of dance
emotionality. The image is
a still from the video Slow
Dancing by David Michalek,
one of the exhibition’s key
artists. The triptych video is
recorded at 1000 frames per
second, transforming five
seconds movements into 10
minutes.
