Obnovljen Pikasov muzej
Posle petogodišnjeg renoviranja, Muzej Pabla Pikasa u
Parizu ponovo je otvoren na udvostručenom izložbenom
prostoru. U palati iz 17. veka (na slici) smešteno je 5.000
dela slavnog umetnika. Zbirka posetiocima nudi sveobu-
hvatni pregled životnog dela umetnika, među kojima i pri-
merke koje je sam Pikaso najviše voleo pa nije želeo da ih
proda. Na prvoj postavci izloženo je 400 radova.

Paris
Picasso Museum renovated
After five years of renovation, the Musée Picasso Paris has
re-opened with twice the area of exhibition space. This 17
th
century palace (pictured) houses 5,000 works of this fa-
mous artist. The collection offers visitors a comprehensive
overview of the lifeworks of the artist, including examples
of the pieces Picasso most loved and, thus, did not want to
sell. The first exhibition sees the displaying of 400 works.

Trezvena noćna zabava
Prvi svetski bezalkoholni noćni klabing na svetu pokrenuo je u
Stokholmu komičar Marten Andešon. Mesečne žurke privlače
brojne učesnike. Posetioci mogu da uđu samo ako obavezan alko-
test pokaže 0,0 promila alkohola u organizmu. Za barom se služe
„mokteli“ – bezalkoholni kokteli, pivo od đumbira... Atmosfera je
zapaljiva, plesni podijum usijan, a narednog jutra se bez mamur-
luka svi kristalno jasno sećaju provoda.

Sober night-time fun
The world’s first alcohol-free nightclubbing experience has been
launched in Stockholm by comedian Mårten Andersson. Monthly
parties attract many participants, but visitors can only enter if a
mandatory alcohol test shows 0.0 per millilitre of alcohol in their
body. The bar serves “mocktails” - non-alcoholic cocktails, ginger
ale etc. The atmosphere is flammable, with a red-hot dance floor,
and the next morning everyone remembers the fun, with crystal
clarity, and without a hangover.

Svako od nas nosi u genima oko

nedavno su dokazali naučnici
u Nemačkoj, analizom DNK
iz zbirke najbolje očuvanih
fosilnih kostiju na svetu, koja
se čuva u Zagrebu. Ostaci su
pre tačno 115 godina otkrive-
ni u okolini mesta Krapina u
Hrvatskoj, gde se danas nalazi
Muzej krapinskih neandertalaca
sa uzbudljivom postavkom o
njihovom životu pre trideset
hiljada godina.

Neanderthal DNA
We each carry about four per
cent Neanderthal DNA in our
genes, according to scientists in
Germany, who conducted DNA
analysis of the best-preserved
collection of fossilised bones in
the world, kept in Zagreb. The
remains were discovered exactly
115 years ago in the vicinity of
the town of Krapina in Croatia,
which today boasts the Krapina
Neanderthal Museum, with
an exciting representation of
the lives of these people thirty
thousand years ago.
