ovi predsednik i generalni direktor
Erberlina, Stefan Pihler (57), preuzeo je
prošlog meseca upravljanje drugom po veliči-
ni nemačkom aviokompanijom.
„Rado sam prihvatio izazov da Erberlinu
pomognem da u narednim mesecima ponovo
postane profitabilna i značajna aviokompani-
ja“, rekao je Pihler na prvom sastanku uprave
u Berlinu, tradicionalnom čvorištu Grupe.
Pihlerov zadatak je da restrukturiše
Grupu, i dugoročno osigura održivu profi-
tabilnost Erberlina. Sa 25 godina iskustva u
avioindustriji, ovaj poznati stručnjak uživa
jedinstvenu reputaciju osobe koja je uspela
da povrati profitabilnost posrnulim aviokom-
panijama.
U Fidži ervejzu u kojem je do sada radio,
uveo je program zaokreta. Pre dolaska u Fidži
ervejz bio je direktor i izvršni direktor Džazira
ervejza, gde je njegov uspešan program
restrukturiranja obezbedio kompaniji poveća-
nje profitne stope od preko 30 posto.

ew CEO of the airberlin group, Stefan
Pichler (57), last month took over the
leadership in the second largest airline in
Germany.
“I have gladly accepted the challenge of
turning airberlin back into a profitable and
exciting airline in the coming months”, said
Pichler at the first staff meeting in Berlin, the
group’s traditional hub.
Pichler’s task is restructuring the group,
ensuring sustainable and long-term profit-
ability for airberlin. With 25 years’ experience
in the aviation industry, this renowned expert
has unique record of bringing shaken airlines
back to profitability.
He worked for Fiji Airways, where he
implemented a turnaround program. Before
joining Fiji Airways he was Managing Direc-
tor and Chief Executive of Jazeera Airways,
where his successful restructuring program
helped push the airline to profit margins of
over 30 percent.

rberlin je podržao grad Berlin u takmičenju nemačkog glavnog gra-
da da dobije organizaciju Olimpijskih igara 2024. Jedan Erberlinov
erbas A320 postao je službeni „ambasador na nebu“, za promociju kan-
didature. Gradonačelnik Berlina Mihael Miler, i Stefan Pihler, generalni
direktor i predsednik Uprave Erberlin grupe, zajednički su predstavili
veliku nalepnicu koja je postavljena ispod kokpita aviona sa sloganom
„Wir wollen die spiele – Im Namen der Hauptstadt“ („Mi želimo Igre – u
ime glavnog grada.“)
Berlin je jedan od najpoznatijih nemačkih brendova u svetu. Ne-
mački Olimpijski komitet (DOSB) izabraće nacionalnog kandidata
za Olimpijske igre između Berlina i Hamburga koji je protivkandidat
Berlinu. Predviđeno je da rezultat izbora bude objavljen 21. marta.

irberlin stands together with city of Berlin in Ger-
man’s capital bid for the 2024 Olympic Games.
Airline’s one Airbus A320 became the official “ambas-
sador of the skies” promoting the bid. Governing Mayor
of Berlin Michael Müller, and Stefan Pichler, CEO of
airberlin group, jointly presented new sticker below the
airplane cockpit with the logotype ”Wir wollen die Spiele
- Im Namen der Hauptstadt” (We want the Games - in the
name of the capital)
Berlin is one of the Germany’s best-known interna-
tional brands.The German Olympic Committee (DOSB)
will choose one national candidate for the Games
between Berlin and opponent bidder, city of Hamburg.
Decision is scheduled to be announced on 21 March.
