Trčeće ture po gradu
Četvoro turističkih radnika u glavnom gradu Hrvatske ponudilo je tu-
ristima-džogerima trčeće ture po gradu na kojima obilaze znamenitosti
dok trče. Ture su duge 6, 10, 12 i 16 kilometara, a za najizdržljivije organi-
zuje se tura od 26 kilometara do obližnjeg vrha Sljeme. Nazivi tura govo-
re o rutama: „Obavezno za videti“, „Zelena ruta“, „Avantura 1000 stepe-
nika“... Trči se u grupama, rekreativnom brzinom od šest kilometara na
čas, ture se trče i kada je loše vreme, po kiši ili snegu, a cena je 25 evra.
Milano
Muti ponovo u Skali
Milanska Skala izrazila je počast svom nekadašnjem dugo-
godišnjem muzičkom direktoru Rikardu Mutiju izložbom
fotografija povodom njegovog nastupajućeg 75. rođendana
ovog meseca. Muti, koji je tokom 20-godišnjeg vođenja slav-
ne operske kuće značajno doprineo njenim najvećim uspesi-
ma, iznenada je dao otkaz 2005. posle sukoba sa orkestrom.
Izložba, otvorena do oktobra, prikazuje ukupnu profesional-
nu karijeru maestra Mutija i nagoveštava zbog čega je on
veliki umetnik. Sam maestro će se prvi put vratiti na scenu
Skale u januaru 2017, kada bude dirigovao na nastupu svog
sadašnjeg orkestra, Čikaškog simfonijskog orkestra.

Running tours around the city
Four tourism sector workers in the Croatian capital are offering to-
urist-joggers running tours around the city, during which they pass
attractions as they run. The tours are 6, 10, 12 and 16 kilometres long,
while for the most enduring they also organise a 26-kilometre tour to
the nearby Sljeme Peak. The names of the tours point to the routes:
“must-sees”, “green route”, “Adventure of 1000 steps” ... They run in
groups at a recreational speed of 6 kilometres per hour, and the tours
run even during bad weather, rain or snow, and the price is 25 euros.

Muti returns to La Scala
Milan’s La Scala has paid tribute to its former long-time music
director Riccardo Muti with a photo exhibition on the occasion
of his forthcoming 75
th
birthday this month. Muti, who spent
over 20 years leading the famous opera house and contributed
significantly to its greatest successes, abruptly resigned in
2005 after a conflict with the orchestra. The exhibition, open
until October, shows the entire professional career of maestro
Muti and suggests why he’s a great artist. The maestro himself
will return to the scene at La Scala for the first time in January
2017, when he will conduct the performance of his current
orchestra, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

Četvrt veka od odlaska Sovjeta
Izložba fotografija Dane Kindrove u praškoj galeriji Lajka, pod nazivom „Sa
njima i bez njih“, posvećena je 25. godišnjici povlačenja sovjetskih trupa iz
Čehoslovačke. Prikazani su crno-beli snimci sovjetskih vojnika i kasarni koje je
autorka načinila tokom nekoliko meseci 1990-91. (na snimku), kada su trupe odla-
zile. Nedavno se vratila na ista mesta u Češkoj i Slovačkoj i upotpunila ciklus no-
vim fotografijama današnjice na kojima se još oseća nekadašnje vojno prisustvo.

Quarter of a century since
the departure of the Soviets
An exhibition of photography by Dane Kyndrova in Prague’s Leica Gallery,
entitled “With them and without them”, is dedicated to the 25th anniversary
of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Czechoslovakia. It includes black-
and-white images of Soviet soldiers and barracks, which the author shot over
the course of several months in 1990-91 (pictured), when the troops withdrew.
She returned recently to the same places in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
and completed the cycle with new photographs from today, when the former
military presence can still be felt.
