Seoski turizam u Srbiji
ima dugu tradiciju. U Šumadiji
prednjače gostoljubiva sela
oko planine Rudnik. Na teritoriji
grada Kragujevca, uglavnom
na obroncima Rudnika, u osam
sela registrovano je osamnaest
domaćinstava koja se aktivno
bave turizmom kao malim po-
rodičnim biznisom. Posetioce
očekuju uređene kuće i dvori-
šta, bogata trpeza i interesan-
tna okolina za izlete i odmor.
Meštani sela Vlakča takmiče se
međusobno u uređenju dvori-
šta. U Stragarima gosti mogu da
prenoće u staroj vodenici po-
točari. U Velikoj Vrbici, u kom-
pleksu domaćinstva Čolović,
za posetioce su otvorene stare
porodične kuće sa početka i
kraja 19. veka, pretvorene u
male muzeje, kao i savremeni
luksuzni apartmani sa otvore-
nim bazenom i saunom…
Od prošle godine razvoj
turizma na teritoriji Kragujevca,
Topole, Rekovca, Knića i Rače
pomaže ambasada Norveške
preko projekta „Podsticanje
ruralnog turizma za održivi
ekonomski razvoj u Šumadiji“.
Domaćini zainteresovani za
seoski turizam prolaze program
obuke i stručnog usavrša-
vanja, dobijaju individualnu
konsultantsku podršku i priliku
da posete uspešna seoska
domaćinstvima u Sloveniji.
Zahvaljujući ovoj podršci, većina
seoskih domaćinstava neguje
evropske standarde smeštaja,
gastronomske ponude, pratećih
sadržaja, uključujući Internet
i animacije za decu. Domaćini
kažu da gosti, ipak, najviše uži-
vaju u cvrkutu ptica i buđenje
uz kukurikanje petlova...

experiences. Village tourism
in Serbia has a long tradition
and in Šumadija the leaders are
the hospitable villages around
Rudnik Mountain. On the terri-
tory of the city of Kragujevac,
mostly on the slopes of Rudnik,
there are eight villages with 18
households actively engaged in
tourism as a small family busi-
ness. Visitors are welcomed by
well-kept houses and yards, a
rich selection of foods and an in-
teresting environment for excur-
sions and rural breaks. The in-
habitants of the village of Vlakča
compete amongst each other
in yard maintenance. In Stragari
guests can spend the night in an
old wooden water mill. In Velika
Vrbica, in the Čolović household,
tourists can visit old family
houses from the 19th century
that have been transformed into
museums, as well as modern
luxury apartments with an open
pool and sauna …
Since last year the develop-
ment of tourism on the territory
of Kragujevac, Topola, Rekovac,
Knić and Rača has been aided by
the Embassy of Norway through
the project „Encouragement of
rural tourism for sustainable de-
velopment in Šumadija“. Locals
interested in village tourism un-
dergo a training programme, re-
ceive individual consultant sup-
port and an opportunity to vis-
it successful village households
in Slovenia. Thanks to this sup-
port, most village households
have achieved European stan-
dards in accommodation, food
and other amenities, including
internet provision and entertain-
ment for children. The hosts say
that, above all, guests enjoy the
chirping of birds and the clucking
of chickens.
veće proizvodnje kvalitetnih i
visokokvalitetnih vina, koja će
uskoro, veruju u udruženju vi-
nara, dobiti oznaku zajedničkog
geografskog porekla.
Većina članova Udruženja
vinara Šumadije neguje dugu
porodičnu tradiciju u vinogra-
darstvu i vinarstvu. Mali vinari
Šumadije najzaslužniji su za
preporod srpskog vinarstva u
poslednjih petnaest godina.
Mija Radovanović, iz
Krnjeva kod Velike Plane, sa oko
dvadeset dva hektara sopstvenih
vinograda i još dvadeset pet u
kooperaciji, godišnje proizvede
oko dvesta hiljada boca šardo-
nea, rajnskog rizlinga, sovinjona
blan, muskata, rozea, kabernea
sovinjon. Ovo poslednje vino
postalo je obrazac po kome se
pravi kvalitetno crveno vino.
Vrhunsko vino i mnogobrojne
nagrade sa međunarodnih
takmičenja i ocenjivanja vina,
razlozi su da preko deset hiljada
ljubitelja vina godišnje poseti
njegovu vinariju.
Podrum Aleksandrović, u
malom selu Vinča, nadomak
Topole, godišnje ugosti i preko
petnaest hiljada posetilaca.
Za degustaciju se nudi pet-
naest vrsta vina, koje Božidar
Aleksandrović pravi od grožđa
sa 75 hektara sopstvenih vino-
grada. Zaštitni znak vinarije
i ponos vlasnika je belo vino
„trijumf“, kupaže rađene po
recepturi dobijenoj od Živana
Tadića, predratnog dvorskog po-
drumara iz Kraljevog podruma.

Winemakers nurture a long
family tradition of winemaking
and viticulture. And it is these
small vintners of Šumadija who
deserve the most credit for the
renewal of Serbian winemaking
in the last 15 years.
Mija Radovanović, from
Krnjevo near Velika Plana, per-
sonally owns around 22 hectares
of vineyards and also utilises an-
other 25 cooperatively-owned
hectares to produce 200,000
bottles of Chardonnay, Rhein
Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc,
Muscat, Rosé and Cabernet
Sauvignon annually. The last
batch has become the stan-
dard according to which quali-
ty red wines are gauged. The su-
perb flavour and numerous priz-
es won at international competi-
tions provide reason enough for
the 10,000 wine lovers who visit
this winery every year.
The Aleksandrović cel-
lar, in the village of Vinča near
Topola, welcomes over 15,000
visitors each year. The 15
types of wine offered for tast-
ing are produced by Božidar
Aleksandrović from grapes cul-
tivated on his 75 hectares of
vineyards. The symbol of the
winery and the pride of the
owners is the white wine “tri-
jumf”, a blend made from the
recipe of Živan Tadić, a pre-
war royal cellar man. At the re-
nowned International Wine
Challenge 2014, “trijumf barik
2012” won the silver medal.
The former Royal Winery,
now a part of the Karađorđević
dynasty endowment, has also re-
newed its vineyards and wine
manufacturing. With 11 hectares
of vineyards, it produces three
varieties of wine. A museum ex-
hibit about winemaking and vi-
ticulture of the region and an ex-
traordinary selection of archi-
val wines also form part of this
winery and its cellar is visited by
around 15,000 people each year.
The 14-hectare Rogan
Winery, in nearby Lipovac, is
notable – aside from its Merlot,
Cabernet Sauvignon and
Chardonnay – for having the
largest amount of the Shiraz va-
riety in Serbia. Rogan’s Shiraz
wine won silver at this year’s
“Syrah du Monde”, the largest
