Novi generalni direktor

Roj Kiniar je novi generalni direktor Er Sejšels.
Džoel Morgan, predsednik kompanije i mini-
star inostranih poslova i transporta ostrvske zemlje u
Indijskom okeanu, objavio je imenovanje efektivno od
1. jula. Ministar je zahvalio dosadašnjem generalnom di-
rektoru Manoju Papi na „upečatljivim“ rezultatima koje
je postigao tokom 18 meseci koliko je vodio kompaniju.
Ministar Morgan je rekao da je promena rukovod-
stva bila neophodna s ciljem da se održi dugoročni rast
avio-kompanije. Novi generalni direktor poseduje dru-
gačije veštine, dodao je Morgan. Kiniar je u Er Sejšels
došao kao finansijski ekspert, s mesta starijeg potpred-
sednika za upravljanje prihodima i planiranje u Etihad
ervejzu.
Kompanija Er Sejšels zabeležila je u prošloj godini
operativni gubitak od 18,5 miliona američkih dolara.
Prema strateškom planu borda, kompanija bi do 2017.
godine trebalo da postane profitabilna.

Roy Kinnear is the new CEO of Air Seychelles.
Joel Morgan, president of the company and mini-
ster of foreign affairs and transport of the Indian Ocean
island state, announced the appointment effective as
of 1st July. The Minister thanked outgoing CEO Manoj
Papa for the “striking” results he achieved during his 18
months at the helm of the company.
Minister Morgan said that the change in leaders-
hip was necessary to sustain the long-term growth of
the airline. The new CEO has different skills, added
Morgan. Kinnear arrived at Air Seychelles as a financi-
al expert, leaving behind his position as vice president
for revenue management and planning at Etihad Ai-
rways.
Air Seychelles recorded an operating loss of $18.5
million in the last year. According to the board’s strate-
gic plan, the company should become profitable by 2017.

šenja pobednika, kompanija Er Sejšels je osvojila prvo mesto u tri
kategorije: Vodeća avio-kompanija Indijskog okeana, Vodeća biznis
klasa Indijskog okeana i Vodeća kabinska posada Indijskog okeana.
Kao regionalni pobednik Er Sejšels se kvalifikovao za veliko
finale u izboru vodeće avio-kompanije u svetu koje će se održati
krajem godine u Maroku.

Air Seychelles was the most celebrated company at the recent
prestigious annual World Travel Awards for the region of
the Indian Ocean. At a gala dinner at the Kempinski Hotel in the
Seychelles, a ceremony took place to proclaim the winners and Air
Seychelles won first place in three categories: leading airline in the
Indian Ocean, leading business class service in the Indian Ocean
and leading cabin crew in the Indian Ocean.
As regional winner, Air Seychelles qualified for the grand final
for the leading airline worldwide, to be held in Morocco at the end of
the year.
