Dear Guests,
Welcome aboard Air Serbia!
Ovog meseca Er Srbija proslavlja važan jubilej, svoj prvi
rođendan. Tim povodom želim da vama, našim gostima, uputim
iskrenu zahvalnost na ukazanom poverenju i podršci bez koje ova
inauguralna godina ne bi bila tako uspešna, obeležena kontinuira-
nim poboljšanjima u svim segmentima usluge – od prijave na let do
iskrcavanja.
Tokom prve godine svog poslovanja, Er Srbija je koračala krup-
nim koracima u želji da što pre svojim gostima obezbedi besprekor-
nu uslugu, najbolju povezanost i najbolje opcije za putovanja.
Sa tim ciljem, prva godina je prošla u znaku izbora najboljih
kadrova – pridružili su nam se mnogi novi članovi letačkog, kabin-
skog i zemaljskog osoblja, koji su odmah prošli obuku kako bi se što
efikasnije uključili u naš sistem poslovanja i gostima pružili prvo-
klasnu uslugu. Rukovodstvo Er Srbije zahvaljuje svim zaposlenima
na bezrezervnoj spremnosti da prihvate promene i na neumornom
trudu da svako vaše putovanje bude prijatan doživljaj koji će vam
ostati u najlepšem sećanju.
Sa uspehom smo modernizovali flotu koju smo nasledili od pret-
hodnika, smanjujući njenu prosečnu starost, a avione smo komplet-
no preuredili kako bismo bili sigurni da vi, naši cenjeni gosti, možete
da uživate u povećanoj udobnosti, i iskusite našu jedinstvenu biznis
klasu koja je sada najbolja u rangu među evropskim avioprevoznici-
ma koji lete na kratkim destinacijama.
Od oktobra 2013, saobraćajna mreža Er Srbije znatno je proši-
rena sopstvenim letovima kao i na osnovu kod-šer partnerstva sa
drugim aviokompanijama. Omogućili smo našim gostima prednosti
direktnih letova ka 39 destinacija, uz 20 odredišta preko naših kod
šer partnera, što je olakšalo putovanje ka uzbudljivim destinacijama
u Aziji, Australiji, na Bliskom istoku i u drugim delovima sveta. Ništa
od svega ovoga, međutim, ne bi bilo moguće bez vaše podrške i
poverenja.
Uloga naših gostiju je vitalna u razvoju Er Srbije i nastojanjima
da učvrstimo svoju poziciju regionalnog lidera u vazdušnom sao-
braćaju. Zbog toga je svaka reakcija koju dobijemo od vas ključna u
stvaranju bolje Er Srbije.
Stoga smo otvorili novu imejl adresu (guest.feedback@airserbia.
com) na koju nam možete slati svoje pozitivne ali i negativne utiske.
Sva mišljenja i sugestije shvatamo vrlo ozbiljno i, doprinoseći na
taj način, vi imate važnu ulogu u našem razvoju i pomažete nam da
vam pružimo najbolju moguću uslugu.
Nastavljamo da se fokusiramo na poboljšanja u iskustvu naših
gostiju. Očekujte nove uzbudljive inovacije u usluzi i proizvodima
koje nudimo na našem „letu“ u drugu godinu poslovanja.
U ime celokupnog tima Er Srbije, zahvaljujem vam što danas

This month at Air Serbia we are celebrating an important anniver-
sary: our first birthday. It is with this in mind that I would like to offer
my appreciation and extend my thanks to you, our guests, for your
continued support and trust, without which this inaugural year would
not have proved such a success, marked by continuous improvements
across the board – from check-in to disembarking.
This first year has seen Air Serbia take great strides towards
ensuring our guests receive the best possible service, the best con-
nectivity and the best options.
To this end, this year has been one of recruitment, with many
crew members and ground staff brought on board and trained to
ensure the best support for our systems and the best delivery of
service for our guests. Air Serbia’s management is thankful to all our
employees for their readiness to embrace this change with open arms
and for striving continuously to ensure your journey is always an
enjoyable and memorable experience.
We have also succeeded in updating the fleet inherited from our
predecessor, thereby reducing the average age of the Air Serbia fleet
and refurbishing our aircraft to ensure that you, our valued guests, can
enjoy enhanced comfort and our unique business class experience,
which is now best in class amongst European short haul carriers.
Since October 2013 the Air Serbia network of destinations has
grown considerably, both organically and through our new codeshare
partnership, ensuring that our guests can now take advantage of
direct flights to 39 destinations, in addition to 20 destinations through
our codeshare partners, which has eased access to exciting destina-
tions in the Asia pacific, Middle East and other regions worldwide.
None of this would have been possible, however, without your
support and trust.
The role played by our guests is vital when it comes to the
evolution of Air Serbia, as we strive to consolidate our position as the
leading airline in the region, and any feedback from you is crucial in
the creation of a better Air Serbia.
As such, we have set up a new email address (guest.feedback@
airserbia.com) that enables you to provide us with both positive and
negative feedback.
We take all feedback seriously and by contributing in this way
you are playing an important role in our evolution, thus helping us to
provide the best possible service to you.
While we continue to focus on improvements to the guest
experience, you can look forward to further exciting innovations in
the service and products we offer, as we fly into our second year of
operations.
