Alitalija

Kraj partnerstva sa

Er Frans–KLM

U skladu s novim okolnostima, Alitalija

ima ambiciozan plan za pozitivni

preokret. Stari dogovori više nisu od

koristi.

A

litalija neće obnoviti partnerski sporazum

i pripadajuće zajedničke poslove sa Er

Frans–KLM kada vreme za njihovu obnovu na-

stupi u 2017. godini.

Sporazumi upravljaju putničkim servisi-

ma koji tri prevoznika pružaju između Italije i

Francuske (i dalje), između Italije i Holandije

(i dalje), kao i marketingom, prodajom i distri-

bucijom usluga koje Er Frans–KLM obavlja za

Alitalija kargo.

Originalni sporazumi sklopljeni su 2009. i

2010. u bitno drugačijim ekonomskim okolno-

stima.

– Ti sporazumi nisu više ekonomski ili

strateški korisni za novu Alitaliju i njen ambici-

ozni plan preokreta – rekao je Silvano Kasano,

generalni direktor Alitalije. – Oni podrivaju našu

sposobnost da efikasno restrukturiramo kompa-

niju i mrežu destinacija, da bismo dostigli dugo-

ročnu stabilnost našeg poslovanja.

Prvi prioritet Alitalije jeste da povrati tržište

turizma ka Italiji.

– Planiramo i da ponudimo najsavremenija

rešenja za prevoz robe italijanskoj proizvodnoj

industriji, drugoj po veličini u Evropi, koja ima

rastuće potrebe za izvoz dobara širom sveta –

dodao je Kasano.

KLM partnership

Under new circumstances Alitalia

has an ambitious turnaround plan.

Old agreements are no longer

beneficial.

A

litalia will not renew its partnership agree-

ment and ancillary joint ventures agree-

ments with Air France-KLM when they come up

for renewal in 2017.

The agreements govern passenger services

operated by the three carriers between Italy and

France (and beyond), and between Italy and the

Netherlands (and beyond), as well as the mar-

keting, sales and distribution of Alitalia Cargo

services by Air France-KLM.

The original agreements were concluded

with Alitalia in 2009 and 2010 under very differ-

ent economic circumstances.

“These agreements are no longer benefi-

cial, either commercially or strategically, to the

new Alitalia and its ambitious turnaround plan.

They are undermining our ability to restructure

our network and the airline effectively to achieve

the long term sustainability of our business”,

said Silvano Cassano, CEO of Alitalia.

First priority for Alitalia is to win back the

inbound tourism market.

“In our plans we also want to deliver up-to-

date cargo solutions to the Italian manufactur-

ing industry, the second largest in Europe, which

has growing needs to export goods worldwide”,

added Cassano.

To omogućuje gostima da

početku, mogućnost se

odnosi na pojedine domaće

i međunarodne letove

na kojima lete avioni bo-

ing B737, a uskoro će se

proširiti na čitavu mrežu.

has extended its seat

selection possibility to

the airlines’ travel agent

partners. This enables

guests the opportunity to

pre-select their preferred

seat, while booking through

the travel agents. This will

be valid on select interna-

tional and domestic routes

serviced by the airlines’

Boeing 737 aircraft to begin

with, and will include the

entire network shortly.
