posetila je sedište Er Srbije i
razgovarala sa predstavnici-
ma menadžmenta kompani-
je. Poseta je organizovana u
okviru studijskog putovanja
studenata po Srbiji.

are attending the MBA pro-
gramme at the Yale School
of Management, visited the
headquarters of Air Serbia
and spoke with representati-
ves of the company’s mana-
gement. The visit was orga-
nised as part of the students’
study tour around Serbia.

rana koja se poslužuje u avionima Er
Srbije dobila je verifikaciju po najvi-
šim međunarodnim standardima bezbed-
nosti hrane. Er Srbija ketering, kompanija
u vlasništvu Er Srbije, ispunila je HACCP
standarde bezbednosti, nakon zahetevne
međunarodne provere.
Er Srbija je postala nadaleko poznata
po kvalitetnim obrocima na letu i širokom
izboru ukusnih jela koja se pripremaju od
svežih lokalnih sastojaka.
Er Srbija ketering priprema 14.000
obroka svakoga dana, uključujući i sve
obroke koji se služe na letovima Er Srbije.
Svake godine se na letovima Er Srbije
posluži više od 50 tona ribe i mesa, 40 tona
sira, dva miliona boca vode iz Srbije i više
od 50.000 boca srpskog vina.
Svaka tri meseca ponuda jela na
letovima se menja i njihov izbor se
osvežava novim ukusima. Tim iskusnih
šefova kuhinje predvodi glavni šef Zoran
Mišković.

meets the highest international stan-
dards of food safety. Air Serbia Catering,
a company owned by Air Serbia, has met
strict HACCP safety standards following a
demanding international audit. Air Serbia
has gained renown far and wide for the
quality of its inflight meals and the broad
selection of tasty dishes that are prepared
from fresh local ingredients.
Air Serbia Catering prepares up to
14,000 meals every day, including all me-
als that are served on Air Serbia flights.
Every year, the airline serves more than
50 tonnes of fish and meat, 40 tonnes of
cheese, two million bottles of water from
Serbia and more than 50,000 bottles of
Serbian wines.
The inflight menus change every three
months with new dishes and recipes, and
its team of experienced cooks is led by
head chef Zoran Mišković.
