You should expect songs with peculiar dimensions, which come from amplified plastic bottles, hacked hard drives, the coolers of a computer fan, engines, modified synthesisers, hacked phones and table string instruments with loud rhythmic beats, booms, blops etc. It sounds weird, but apart from being very atmospheric, Landman’s performances are actuallyharmonious, rhythmic and exciting. - My first encounter with Belgrade was at the beginning of my solo career, in 2015, at the Drugstore club. I was delighted by the space, the city and the audience. Aftermany years dreaming of returning to Belgrade, it is finally happening on 22nd January. I’m happy to be able to add Belgrade to my winter tour, alongside Linz, Zagreb and Bordeaux. I saw photos of the club Dim, where Iwill be performing this time, and I was again struck by the same sense of excitement. It’s wonderful to return to theBelgradepublic now, with a slightly different set and new things..., says Landman, speaking for Elevate. Alongside his career as an artist, he is also a professor of musicology and instrument designwith many years of experienced gained at numerous Europeanuniversities.
