SUD ODLUČIO U SPORU OKO KODŠERA

tihad ervejz je danas pozdravio odluku višeg privrednog suda u Lune-
burgu kojom je umanjena ranija presuda i omogućeno kompaniji da
nastavi s prodajom karata na 26 od 31 kodšer letova tokom celog zimskog
reda letenja koji traje do 26. marta 2016.
Sud je definitivno odlučio da je 26 od 31 kodšer leta zakonito. Zajedno sa
ostalih 50 odobrenih kodšer letova sa Er Berlinom, 76 od 81 kodšer leta sada
je jednom za svagda odobreno, što čini 94% kodšer letova za koje su podneti
zahtevi za odobrenje. Ostalih pet kodšer letova su na nemačkim domaćim
linijama.
Sudsko tumačenje sporazuma o vazdušnom saobraćaju između UAE
i Nemačke takođe znači da će Etihad ervejz moći da nastavi sa svim tim
kodšer letovima i izvan zimskog reda letenja.

CODESHARE DISPUTE

tihad Airways today welcomed the ruling by the higher administra-
tive court in Luneburg reversing an earlier judgment and allowing it
to continue operating 26 out of the 31 codeshare flights for the full Winter
Schedule - which ends on 26 March 2016.
The court definitively ruled that 26 of the 31 codeshares are lawful.
Together with the other 50 approved codeshares with Air Berlin, 76 of the
81 codeshares are now approved once and for all, that is 94 per cent of the
codeshares applied for. The other five codeshares are on German domestic
routes.
The court’s interpretation of the UAE-Germany Air Services Agreement
also means that Etihad Airways will be able to continue with all those code-
shares beyond the Winter Schedule.

ona putnika. U skladu sa kontinuiranim sma-
njenjem kapaciteta, broj putnika se smanjio za 4,6%
u odnosu na 2014. U isto vreme avio-kompanija je
povećala iskorišćenost kapaciteta za 0,7% u odnosu
na prethodnu godinu, dostigavši 84,2 odsto.
„Povoljne brojke o iskorišćenosti kapaciteta
rezultat su tekuće preorijentacije Er Berlina. Naše
mere daju rezultate”, rekao je generalni direktor
kompanije Štefan Pihler.

ir Berlin carried 30.25 million passengers in
2015. In line with the continuous capacity
reduction, the number of passengers decreased
by 4.6 percent compared to 2014. In the same time
the airline increased capacity utilization by 0.7
percent over the previous year, to 84.2 percent.
“The favorable capacity utilization figures
are the result of the ongoing reorientation of Air
Berlin. Our measures are taking effect”, said com-
pany’s CEO Stefan Pichler.
