This artistic duo from Israel came to Belgrade for theDays of Israeli Culture event, in the scope of which they created artworks at the Ciglane complex. However, they suddenly decided that this wasn’t enough for a city that they fell in lovewith at rst sight. Dede Bandaid painted the symbol of Belgrade – sparrows, on the corner of a building at the periphery of the Konsančić’sWreath neighbourhood, while NitzanMintz gave her contribution as a poet, incorporating her poetry into the core of the mural. These sparrows aremade of scrap and oldwooden slats, while thewords of the poem integrate everything into one. Thus, our sparrows resist, advance and y regardless of what they aremade from. This is quite an adequate parallel to Belgrade, a city that survives and advances despite everything.
