Alongside Air Serbia, the memorandumwas also signed by MTU Maintenance Serbia and Serbia And Montenegro Air Traffic Services, SMATSA. Based on this Memorandum, students of the College who will be educated according to the dual model of higher education in the field of aviation, i.e., at the Aviation Academy, will be able to acquire and develop their knowledge and skills at Air Serbia. Together with the mentors in our company, students will have the opportunity to improve their theoretical knowledge and raise their professional competencies through professional development programmes. According to Air Serbia CEODuncan Naysmith, it is a great honour for the company that the successful cooperation with the Aviation Academy is continuing and that, after signing the Memorandum, Serbia’s national airline will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a dual model of higher education in aviation. “We remain committed to supporting our future generations who want to improve their theoretical knowledge and acquire skills that will be of great importance for both them and the future of the airline. Accompanied by PM Brnabić and media representatives, all signatories of the Memorandum had the opportunity to tour works on the reconstruction of the future Training Centre of the Aviation Academy, as well as the reconstructed building, where the pilot training room and simulator will be designed and adapted to Air Serbia’s needs. The Aviation Academy in Belgrade provided the venue for the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation on the development of dual education between the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the Aviation Academy and Air Serbia, which will provide opportunities for future experts to improve their knowledge in the field of aviation STUDENTSWILL ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AT AIR SERBIA
