Dear Guests,

Welcome aboard Air Serbia!

Er Srbija vas sa zadovoljstvom obaveštava da je ostvarila veliki

napredak u svim oblastima svog delovanja, što se ogleda u nedav-

no objavljenim rezultatima za prvu polovinu godine.

Nastavili smo da postižemo uspehe u skladu s jasnim ko-

mercijalnim ciljevima koje su postavila naša dva deoničara, Vlada

Republike Srbije i Etihad ervejz. Drago nam je što naša poslovna

strategija – koja kombinuje održivi, finansijski razborit prirodni rast i

razvoj proširenjem kodšer partnerstva – nastavlja da donosi rezul-

tate. Važno je da i dalje rastemo ne samo kad je reč o prihodima i

broju putnika, već i u smislu učinka, ugleda i zrelosti, postajući tako

regionalni lider u avio-saobraćaju u relativno kratkom periodu.

I dok se približavamo našoj drugoj godišnjici, u oktobru ove

godine, i dalje nam je u središtu pažnje poboljšanje ponude i ra-

zvitak naših ljudi. Ove godine je ključna oblast predstavljanje niza

novih proizvoda i usluga koji teže daljem unapređenju opšteg

zadovoljstva naših gostiju. Uz najvažnije oblasti putničkog iskustva

– udobnost, komfor i zabavu – to će biti u središtu naše pažnje do

kraja ove godine.

Imajući ovo na umu, nedavno smo uveli uslugu prijave na let

preko Interneta, koja je dostupna za sve letove Er Srbije iz Beogra-

da, kao i za naše letove iz Abu Dabija, Londona, Istanbula, Bejruta,

Praga i Bukurešta. Ova usluga omogućava našim gostima da se

registruju za svoj let, izaberu sedište i odštampaju kartu za ukrca-

vanje sa bilo kog uređaja koji ima pristup Internetu, i to najranije

36 sati i najkasnije 60 minuta pre planiranog vremena polaska.

Na aerodromu, putnici koji sa sobom nose samo ručni prtljag, ne

moraju da odlaze na šalter za prijavu na let već mogu odmah da

se upute na pasošku i bezbednosnu kontrolu. Uslugu prijave na let

preko Interneta mogu da koriste i gosti koji imaju prtljag za predaju.

Potrebno je da svoj prtljag donesu na šalter za brzu predaju prtljaga

najkasnije 45 minuta pre poletanja. Ovo omogućava gostima da

bez žurbe stignu na odlazni izlaz, najkasnije 20 minuta pre plani-

ranog poletanja. Uvereni smo da će usluga prijave putnika na let

preko Interneta doprineti da se proces poletanja još više olakša i

bude udobniji, omogućavajući našim gostima da zaista uživaju u

svom putovanju.

U centru pažnje ovog meseca je Slovenija, bliski sused iz re-

giona. Slovenija je mala država s raznovrsnim prirodnim lepotama

u srcu Evrope, gde se Alpi sreću s Mediteranom, a Panonska nizija

dodiruje Karst. U Sloveniji možete da stignete od skijaških padina

do primorja za samo nekoliko sati. Glavni grad, Ljubljana, nudi sve

pogodnosti jednog glavnog grada i u isto vreme čuva druželjubivost

i opuštenost malih gradova. Er Srbija dva puta dnevno leti između

svog čvorišta u Beogradu i ljubljanskog aerodroma „Jože Pučnik“, u

kod-šer partnerstvu sa slovenačkom aviokompanijom Adrija Ervejz.

Air Serbia is pleased to report that it is making great progress

across all areas of its operations, as reflected in our recently an-

nounced results for the first half of this year.

We have continued to deliver against the clear commercial man-

date set out by our two shareholders, the Government of the Republic

of Serbia and Etihad Airways. We are pleased that our business strat-

egy – combining sustainable, financially prudent organic growth and

development through the expansion of codeshare partnerships – is

continuing to drive our results. Importantly, we have continued to

grow not just in terms of revenue and passenger numbers, but also in

terms of performance, reputation and maturity, emerging as a regional

industry leader in a relatively short period of time.

As we approach our second anniversary later this year, we con-

tinue to focus on the enhancement of our offer and the development

of our people. A key area of focus this year is the introduction of a

series of innovative products and services aimed at enhancing the

overall guest experience. Adding to key areas of the travel experi-

ence – comfort, convenience and entertainment – these will be at the

centre of our attention for the remainder of this year.

It was with this in mind that we recently launched our web check-

in service, which is now available for all Air Serbia services from Bel-

grade, as well as our flights from Abu Dhabi, London, Istanbul, Beirut,

Prague and Bucharest. This feature allows our guests to check-in

for their flight, select a seat and print a copy of their boarding pass,

from any web-enabled device, from as early as 36 hours and no later

than 60 minutes, prior to their flight. At the airport, guests carrying

hand baggage can simply bypass the check-in counter and pro-

ceed directly to passport and security control. Web check-in can

also be used by guests with baggage that needs to be checked-in.

Luggage can be simply dropped off at the special ‘Baggage Drop-

Off’ counter no later than 45 minutes before the flight. This allows

guests to arrive at the departure gate conveniently, no later than just

20 minutes before their flight’s scheduled departure time. We are

confident that the web check-in feature will contribute to an even

smoother and seamless departure process, providing our guests with

additional convenience and time to truly enjoy their travel.

In focus this month is Slovenia, a close neighbour in our region.

Slovenia is a small country with diverse natural beauty in the heart of

Europe, where the Alps meet the Mediterranean and the Pannonian

Plain meets the Karst. In Slovenia you can travel from the ski slopes to

the seaside in just a few hours. The country’s capital, Ljubljana, offers

all the facilities of a modern capital, while preserving its small-town

friendliness and relaxed atmosphere. Air Serbia operates double-

daily flights between its hub in Belgrade and Ljubljana’s Jože Pučnik

Airport, through a codeshare partnership with Slovenian carrier Adria

Airways.
