We are aware of how important it is for young people at the beginning of their careers when a major company offers them an opportunity for professional development, acquiring practical knowledge and developing the necessary skills. It is our great pleasure that we can enable a number of candidates to gain their first work experience with us, and we are convinced that working at the national airline will motivate them to make further achievements. Candidates who stand out the most will have an opportunity to join colleagues who officially began working for our company after last year’s programme,” said Milica Netković, Air Serbia GM, People and Performance. The “My First Salary” project attracted great interest last year, with a total of 1,423 candidates applying for positions at Air Serbia. A total of 27 interns were accepted into the nine-month programme, with nine of them ultimately being hired by Air Serbia.
