Već odavno u svetu ne postoje
udaljene tačke, nepoznata mesta,
neispitane oblasti. To pokazuje i ovaj
slučajni susret u pustinji predstavni-
ka dveju različitih kultura. Naizgled,
po odeći, prevoznom sredstvu, reklo
bi se da su njihovi svetovi drugačiji.
Ali, izgled često vara. Njihov život
oslanja se na istu tehnologiju.
Tehnološka ekspanzija novog
doba postala je jača od tradicional-
nih kultura, ušla je u sva društva na
planeti, u široke slojeve populacije
i omogućila da se motociklista i bedu-
in sa fotografije sretnu u pustinji.
Omogućila je globalnu interakciju,
brži napredak, ali i velike migraci-
je. Živimo u vremenu tehnološke
kulture.

technological culture
For a long time the world has been
without remote spots, unfamiliar
places or unexplored areas. This is
also demonstrated by this chance
encounter in the desert between rep-
resentatives of two different cultures.
Seemingly, according to their cloth-
ing and means of transport, it could
be concluded that their worlds are
different. But looks can be deceiving.
Their lives rely on the same technol-
ogy.
The technological expansion of the
new era has become stronger than
traditional culture, penetrating all
societies on the planet, through broad
layers of the population, enabling the
motorcyclist and the Bedouin in this
picture to meet in the desert. It has
facilitated global interaction, faster
progress, but also large-scale migra-
tion. We live in a time of technologi-
cal culture.
