trategija partnerstva Etihad

ervejza obezbedila je značajne

nove mogućnosti izbora za putnike

širom sveta, rekao je Džejms Hogan,

predsednik i generalni direktor Eti-

had ervejza.

Hogan je rekao da je udružena

snaga Etihad ervejza, sedam avio-

kompanija u kojima Etihad ervejz

poseduje udeo i partnera s kojima

ima kod-šer sporazume stvorila

mrežu od skoro 600 destinacija –

pet puta veću od jezgra mreže u

kome letove obavlja Etihad ervejz.

Osim toga, strategija posedo-

vanja udela u drugim kompanijama

donela je i partnerskim kompani-

jama i njihovim putnicima koristi

kakve bi bile moguće jedino spaja-

njem i preuzimanjem kompanija.

On je rekao da su, osim siner-

gije koja se dobija na troškovima i

prihodima kompanija, manjinske

investicije u druge kompanije omo-

gućile Etihad ervejzu i njegovim

partnerima da međusobno povežu

mrežu destinacija i redove letenja,

blisko usklade proizvode i uslugu

koja se nudi u avionima, i da inte-

grišu i prošire programe za nagrađi-

vanje lojalnosti putnika.

Gospodin Hogan je govorio u

Milanu, na 45. svetskom kongresu

Međunarodne asocijacije izvršnih

finansijskih institucija.

– U 2014. prihodi naših part-

nera dostigli su milijardu i sto

miliona dolara – rekao je Hogan.

– Strategijom partnerstva, transfor-

misali smo, zajedno s našim part-

nerima, Etihad ervejz, u globalni

avijacijski i putnički posao.

nificant new choice for air travelers

around the world, said the President

and Chief Executive Officer of Eti-

had Airways, James Hogan.

Mr. Hogan said the combined

strength of Etihad Airways, its seven

equity partners and its codeshare

partners created a network of al-

most 600 destinations - five times

the core network operated by Etihad

Airways.

But, he said, the equity strat-

egy also delivered benefits to the

partner airlines and their combined

customers which otherwise would

only be available through a merger

or takeover.

He said that in addition to cost

and revenue synergies, minor-

ity investments in other airlines

also enabled Etihad Airways and

its partners to connect their net-

works and schedules, closely align

inflight product and service stan-

dards, and integrate and expand

loyalty programs across partner

airlines.

Mr Hogan was speaking in

Milan at the 45th World Congress

of the International Association of

Financial Executives Institutions.

“In 2014, our partner revenues

reached US$1.1 billion, up 24 per

cent. Clearly, customers are choos-

ing Etihad Airways and partners”,

Mr Hogan said: “Through partner-

ship strategy, we have transformed

Etihad Airways into a global travel

and aviation business, together with

our partners.”
