here are precise rules gov-
erning how the passenger
cabin of the plane is filled. It is
most important for all passen-
gers to be distributed equally in
relation to the centre of gravity,
ensuring the aircraft has the
correct balance. This is achieved
when guests check-in at the air-
port. A computer programme as-
signs them seats in accordance
with the occupancy rate of the
cabin. It is very important that
all guests sit in seats assigned to
them, especially when all seats
are not occupied.
Well-equipped airports
take care to ensure boarding is
carried out in the shortest pos-
sible time, with the passengers
sitting in the last rows entering
first and those sitting at the
front boarding last. This avoids
boarding delays. However, most
airports still do not apply this
principle.
Certain categories of pas-
sengers require more time to
board, so they are the first to
enter the plane and the last out
to disembark. These are wheel-
chair users, who are provided
with assistance upon entering
the passenger cabin. There are
also special places reserved for
them in the plane. According
to regulations, a total of four
wheelchair users are permitted
on a flight.
The plane has six exits that
can be utilised in the case a
quick evacuation is required –
two each in the front, rear and
centre sections. The cabin crew
is tasked with paying attention
to who sits in the row near the
centre exits. If older, slower
moving people are located there,
cabin crew will relocate them to
other seats.
Special categories are unac-
companied minors between the
ages of five and twelve. They are
welcomed, seated and taken care
of by cabin crew until they reach
their destination.
P
ostoje precizna pravila kako se popunjava putnička
kabina u avionu.
Time se
mesta.
Posebna kategorija su nepraćena deca između 5 i 12 go-
dina. Njih kabinsko osoblje dočekuje, smešta i brine o njima
do stizanja na destinaciju.
