r Srbija je obeležila drugi rođendan prošlog meseca.
U protekle dve godine kompanija je izgradila repu-
taciju jednog od najbrže rastućih evropskih avio-prevo-
znika, a po kvalitetu usluge pozicionirala se među vodeće
u Evropi. Među kompanijama Jugoistočne Evrope posta-
la je vodeća praktično po svim parametrima.
Za dve godine kompanija je udvostručena po eko-
nomskim parametrima u odnosu na prethodnika Jat
ervejz na čijim je osnovama nastala, i, mnogo važnije,
postala je profitabilna i dinamična. Er Srbija je lider u
inovacijama na prostoru Jugoistočne Evrope, a zahvalju-
jući velikom povećanju broja putnika pretvorila je svoj
matični Aerodrom „Nikola Tesla“ u Beogradu u svojevr-
sno regionalno čvorište za povezivanje letova.
Tajna velikog uspeha u kratkom periodu je, pored
predanosti čitavog tima zaposlenih koji su u transfor-
maciji osetili veliku motivaciju, u povezanosti koja
je ostvarena u redu letenja. Ta usklađenost letova
unutar kompanije i sa partnerskim kompanijama
iz grupacije Etihad ervejz partners omogućila je
da gosti Er Srbije brzo putuju bez dugih čekanja
kada presedaju na druge letove.
Kompanija je obnovila flotu sa osam avi-
ona erbas A319, dva A320 i jednim ATR72, a
poručeno je još deset novih A320neo avio-
na koji će početi da se isporučuju od 2018.
U protekle dve godine Er Srbija je uvela
mnoge inovativne usluge koje nikada
ranije nisu postojale u Srbiji. Prvi
put u istoriji beogradskog aero-
doma jedna aviokompanija je
otvorila namenski aero-
dromski salon za
svoje goste. Ta usluga je u vazdušnom saobraćaju podjed-
nako važna kao i obnavljanje flote. Uvedeno je i prijavlji-
vanje putnika na let preko interneta kao i bežični internet
na letovima, mogućnosti nezamislive pre dve godine.
Veoma je značajno proširenje partnerstva sa drugim
aviokompanijama iz grupacije, pa je preko kod-šer spo-
razuma Er Srbija svojim gostima ponudila mogućnost
da sa jednom kartom, avionima partnera, lete do više od
šezdeset dodatnih destinacija.
Već su objavljena očekivanja da će Er Srbija ove
godine prevesti dva i po miliona putnika i da će povećati
profitabilnost. Ove godine kompanija se fokusirala na
povećanje popunjenosti putničke kabine, pa se i po tom
parametru očekuje rast do kraja godine.

ir Serbia marked its second birthday last month. In
the past two years the company has built a reputa-
tion as one of the fastest growing European airlines,
positioning itself among the leaders in Europe in terms
of quality of services. Among the airlines of Southeast
Europe it has become a leader on the basis of practically
all parameters.
In two years the company has doubled in terms of
economic parameters, compared to predecessor Jat Air-
ways, and, more importantly, become profitable and dy-
namic. Air Serbia is a leader in innovation in the region
of Southeast Europe and, thanks to a large increase in
the number of passengers, it has turned its home airport,
Nikola Tesla International Airport in Belgrade, into a
kind of regional hub for connecting flights.
The secret of the great success achieved in a short
period – in addition to the commitment of the entire
Air Serbia team, who were greatly motivated for the
company’s transformation – lies in the interconnectivity
realised within the flight schedule. This harmonisation of
flights within the company, and with partner companies
from the Etihad Airways Partners group, has enabled Air
Serbia groups to travel quickly, without long waits when
transferring to connected flights.
The company renewed its fleet with eight Airbus
A319, two A320 and one ATR72 aircraft, while another
ten new A320neo aircraft have been ordered and will
start being delivered by 2018.
In the past two years Air Serbia has introduced many
innovative services that have never before existed in Ser-
bia. For the first time in the history of Belgrade Airport
an airline has opened a dedicated airport lounge for its
guests. When it comes to air transport, this service is as
important as the renewal of the fleet. Online check-ins
have also been introduced, as well as inflight wireless
internet – options that were unimaginable two years ago.
The expansion of partnerships with other airlines
from the group is also very significant, such that via its
codeshare agreements Air Serbia now offers its guests
the possibility of travelling with one ticket, on partners’
planes, to more than sixty additional destinations.
Expectations that Air Serbia will this year carry
2.5 million passengers and increase profitability have
already been published. This year the company has
focused on increase the occupancy rates of passenger
cabins, thus growth is also expected in this parameter by
year’s end.
