Prve ilustracije objavio je u čuvenom časopisu Poletarac još čuvenijeg srpskog pesnika Duška Radovića. Posle diplomiranja na odseku Grafika Fakulteta primenjenih umetnosti počeo da se bavi animacijom. Danas predaje Ilustraciju, a 2006. osnovao je predmet Animacija. Nekoliko godina radio je ilustracije za New York Times Book Review. Izlagao je samostalno 49 puta (Francuska, Japan, Koreja, Ukrajina, Slovenija…). WHO IS RASTKO Born to an artistic family in the mid-20th century, he published his first illustrations in the celebrated Poletarac Magazine, authored by the even more celebrated Serbian poet Duško Radović. He started dealing with animation after graduating from the Graphics Department of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Applied Arts. He began teaching illustration upon arrival at the faculty and established Animation as a subject in 2006. He spent several years creating illustrations for The New York Times Book Review. He has had 49 independent exhibitions to date (in France, Japan, Korea, Ukraine, Slovenia and elsewhere).
