U januarskom izdanju magazina

, spomenuo sam činjenicu
da mogućnost izbora za putnike nikada nije bila veća nego u avioindus-
triji današnjice. Zbog toga, bitno je da nastavimo da ulažemo u iskustvo
putnika i da ga poboljšavamo, kako u vazduhu tako i na zemlji. Na taj
način, najbolje ćemo pokazati našu posvećenost vama – našim cenjenim
gostima.
Imajući ovo na umu, sa velikim zadovoljstvom mogu da podelim s
vama novosti o dva bitna nova proizvoda koja ćemo uvesti u drugom
kvartalu ove godine.
Prva novost je naša namera da predstavimo specijalni poslovni
salon Er Srbije na Aerodromu Nikola Tesla. Na površini od 400 kvadratnih
metara, smešten na centralnoj lokaciji između izlaza A4 i A5, potpuno
novi salon će pružiti novo, unapređeno iskustvo putnicima u biznis klasi
ili onima koji imaju Etihad Guest Silver, Gold ili Platinum status.
Ovaj salon će moći da primi do 80 osoba i imaće recepciju, bar,
prostor za obedovanje sa švedskim stolom, dnevni boravak, zasebni VIP
salon, prostoriju za molitvu, tuševe, kao i poslovni centar. Salon će biti u
savremenom, ali ipak jedinstvenom srpskom stilu, sa svim elementima
brenda Er Srbije.
Još jedna jedinstvena odlika našeg salona jesu ambasadori za
odnose s gostima, koji će pružati dodatnu pomoć putnicima kojima ona
bude potrebna da stignu na svoje letove.
Druga inovacija će nas uvrstiti u grupu odabranih aviokompanija koje
pružaju najsveobuhvatnije iskustvo tokom leta.
S ponosom najavljujem da ćemo uvesti internet konekciju širom
naše flote erbas aviona. Er Srbija „Wi-Fly“ će omogućiti pristup Internetu
na našim letovima. Ova usluga će biti dostupna na ličnim uređajima sa
WLAN/Wi-Fi opcijama, kao što su laptop računari, tableti ili pametni
telefoni. Pored internet konekcije, Er Srbija „Wi-Fly“ omogućiće besplatan
pristup sadržajima kao što su novi filmovi, popularni TV programi i širok
izbor muzike. Konačno, ova tehnologija će omogućiti našim putnicima
pristup uslugama mobilne telefonije kao što su pozivi, SMS i MMS
poruke.
Ovo je zaista uzbudljiv period za Er Srbiju, a ove inovacije će učvrstiti
našu poziciju vodeće aviokompanije u regionu. Siguran sam da sa
nestrpljenjem očekujete priliku da koristite ove nove proizvode i usluge,
kao i mi sami. Bez obzira na tehnologiju, budite uvereni da će vas i dalje
dočekivati isti topao osmeh na koji ste navikli kod nas.

In the January edition of
Elevate
, I made mention of the fact that
in today’s airline industry, customer choice has never been greater.
Because of this, it is important that we continue to invest in and enhance
the guest experience, both in the air and on the ground. Doing so, will
best demonstrate our commitment to you – our valued guest.
With this in mind, it gives me great pleasure to share with you two
important product developments that we will embark on in the second
quarter of this year.
The first is our intention to unveil Air Serbia’s dedicated Business
Lounge at Nikola Tesla Airport. Covering 400 square metres and situated
in a central location between gates A4 and A5, the all-new purpose built
lounge will deliver a brand new and enhanced experience for guests
travelling in Business Class, or holding Etihad Guest Silver, Gold or Plati-
num status.
The lounge will accommodate up to 80 people and will include
a reception, a bar, dining area with self-service buffet, lounge seat-
ing, dedicated VIP area, prayer room, shower facilities, in addition to a
business centre. The design will be contemporary yet remain uniquely
Serbian, incorporating all the branding elements of Air Serbia.
Another unique feature of our lounge, will be dedicated Guest Rela-
tions Ambassadors, who will provide additional help for those guests
requiring assistance to get to their flights.
The second innovation, is one that will place us amongst a select
group of airlines providing the most comprehensive inflight experience.
I am proud to announce that we will be introducing internet con-
nectivity across our Airbus fleet. Air Serbia “Wi-Fly”, will enable internet
access on board our flights, with services accessible via personal WLAN/
Wi-Fi equipped devices, such as laptops, tablets and smart phones. In
addition to internet connectivity, Air Serbia “Wi-Fly” will enable the free
streaming of content, which will feature new release movies, popular
TV programs, as well as a broad variety of music. Lastly, this technology
will also allow us to provide our guests with the ability to access mobile
telephone services, allowing voice calls, SMS and MMS messaging.
Indeed, these are exciting times for Air Serbia and these innovations
will only serve to reinforce our position as the region’s leading airline. I
am sure you will look forward to experiencing these new products and
services, as much as we will ourselves. And rest assured, technology
aside, the same welcoming smile that you have come to expect from us,
will remain to greet you.
