By the time you read thesewords today, our airplanes will have already started ying to newdestinations. Eachweek, starting on 1 June, our ying crewwill tame clouds andwinds on the routes to 49 destinations. This is how the list of cities we have connected Belgrade to gets longer. And the same goes for the list of options provided to you.We have connected themost distant places in the region, in Europe, and around theworld. Now, all you have to do is choosewhere youwant to travel. The possibilities aremany, especially in addition to destinations that we y to owing to our codeshare partners. This is also the best way to celebrate this very special month for us. On 17 June, 1927, 92 years ago, our airlinewas founded as the 10th air carrier in Europe. For us, it is certainly a day to remember and be proud of. Mostly becausewe’ve been through some good and some bad times over the course of the past nine decades. Numerous records stand as proof of this, as well as stories told fromgeneration to generation. You can read one such story in this issue, story about generations of pilots trained at our company and about people whose biggest passionwas ying above the clouds. With nine new routes fromBelgrade – seven regular ones to Kiev, Madrid, Barcelona, Rijeka, Krasnodar, Helsinki and Cairo, and two seasonal ones to Nice and Zadar, we are also announcing a new expansion of our network. As soon as July, we are going to introduce regular tra c from the second largest airport in Serbia. One of themost beautiful cities of Serbia, Niš, will be connected to 12 newdestinations – Nuremberg, Frankfurt (Hahn), Hanover, Friedrichshafen, Karlsruhe, Salzburg, Rome, Bologna, Budapest, Gothenburg, Ljubljana andTivat. We are tackling new challenges. For you, for us, for everyonewho have ying in their blood...We are ready for the upcoming challenges. To help us overcome them, we havemore than 100 newmembers of cabin crewand 21 junior co-pilots for ATR and Airbus aircraft. Enjoy yingwith us and have a nice trip! Osvajanje neba – to je verovatno najbolji opis onoga što svi zajedno radimo svakog dana. Danas, dok čitate ove reči, naši avioni već uveliko lete ka novim destinacijama. Svake nedelje, od ovog 1. juna, naše letačko osoblje krotiće oblake i vetrove ka 49 destinacija. Time je lista gradova sa kojim spajamo Beograd sve duža. Takođe, i lista mogućnosti koje se vama pružaju. Povezali smo najudaljenije tačke u regionu, na Starom kontinentu i svetu. Sada vam samo preostaje da izaberete gde želite da putujete. Mogućnosti je mnogo, pogotovo kad se njima dodaju i destinacije na koje letimo zahvaljujući našim kod-šer partnerima. Na taj način najbolje obeležavamo ovaj za nas veoma poseban mesec. Pre 92 godine, 17. juna 1927, kao deseta avio-kompanija u Evropi, osnovana je naša avio-kompanija. Za nas je to svakako dan za pamćenje i veliki ponos. Pre svega zbog toga što smo tokom prethodnih devet decenija prošli i kroz lepe i kroz teške trenutke. O tome svedoče i brojni zapisi, ali i priče koje se prenose s koleno na koleno. O jednoj takvoj priči, o generacijama pilota koji su stasavali u našoj kompaniji, o ljudima kojima je let nad oblacima najveća strast, upravo možete čitati u ovom broju. Uz devet novih linija iz Beograda – sedam redovnih ka Kijevu, Madridu, Barseloni, Rijeci, Krasnodaru, Helsinkiju i Kairu, kao i dve sezonske ka Nici i Zadru, najavljujemo i novo proširenje mreže. Već u julu uspostavićemo redovan saobraćaj sa drugog po veličini aerodroma u Srbiji. Niš, jedan od najlepših gradova Srbije, biće povezan sa 12 novih destinacija – Nirnbergom, Frankfurtom (Han), Hanoverom, Fridrihshafenom, Karlsrueom, Salcburgom, Rimom, Bolonjom, Budimpeštom, Geteborgom, Ljubljanom i Tivtom. Idemo u susret novim izazovima. Za vas, za nas, za sve one kojima je letenje u krvi... Spremni za predstojeće izazove. U tome će nam pomoći i više od sto novih članova kabinske posade, kao i 21 mlađi kopilot na ATR i erbas avionima. I dok vam pišemo o svim ovim lepim vestima, koristimo priliku da se zahvalimo našim kolegama, jer ništa od navedenog ne bi bilo moguće da nije bilo njih. Ponosni smo jer smo još jednom pokazali da su najvredniji resurs Er Srbije ljudi. Ovog meseca vas vodimo na put u Nemačku – zemlju u kojoj Er Srbija leti ka pet gradova. Kroz Berlin i Štutgart provešće vas šef-dirigent Beogradske filharmonije Gabrijel Felc, istovremeno najavljujući junski koncert na otvorenom u srpskoj prestonici. Uživajte u letu sa nama i srećan put.
