Ovako dobre ocene za mobilne aplikacije dobija retko koja avio-kompanija, čak ako se u obzir uzmu i najveći svetski avio-prevoznici. Aplikacija, koju smo uveli 16. jula, već je dobro prihvaćena i postala je veoma popularna za samo šest meseci, a u E-Commerce službi se konstantno trude da redovno odgovaraju na sve zahteve putnika u cilju stalnog unapređenja korisničkog iskustva. Upravo zbog toga se u ovoj našoj službi ubrzano radi na uvođenju funkcije Ancillary Shopping, koja bi putnicima trebalo da omogući plaćanje dodatnih usluga kao što su dodavanje torbe ili odabir sedišta u avionu putemmobilne aplikacije Er Srbije. Preuzimanjem aplikacije putnicima će na mobilnim telefonima postati dostupne usluge kao što su prijava na let (ček in), skeniranje pasoša, preuzimanje karte za ukrcavanje i njeno čuvanje u Wallet aplikaciji, registracija putem imejla, Fejsbuka i Gugla, podešavanje analitike i vrste poruka koje žele da primaju, dok je posebno značajna mogućnost bezbednog čuvanja putnih dokumenata. Posebna prednost nove mobilne aplikacije Er Srbije jeste to što omogućava putnicima da se za samo nekoliko minuta bezbedno i bez fizičkog kontakta prijave na let do željene destinacije, čuvajući pritom kartu za ukrcavanje kako bi im uvek bila pri ruci. Such high ratings for mobile applications are rarely received by any airline, even taking into account the world‘s largest airlines. The Air Serbia app, which we introduced on 16th July, has been very well received by users and become very popular in just six months, while the airline‘s E-Commerce department strives to respond to all passenger requests regularly, in order to ensure the constant improvement of the user experience. That‘s why this department is working quickly to introduce the “ancillary shopping” function, which is set to enable passengers to utilise the Air Serbia mobile application in order to pay for additional services, such as adding an extra bag or selecting a specific seat aboard the plane. By downloading the application, functionalities – such as check-in, passport scan, boarding pass download and storing in theWallet app, registration via e-mail, Facebook and Google, setting up the analytics and type of messages they wish to receive – will all become available to passengers via their mobile devices, with the possibility of safely storing travel documents considered as being particularly important. The special benefit of the new Air Serbia mobile application is that it enables passengers to book a flight to their desired destination in just a fewminutes, safely and without physical contact, while retaining the electronic boarding pass so that it is always at hand.
