Džet ervejz

Čisto ženske posade

I

ndijski Džet ervejz proslavio je međunarodni Dan žena oformiv-

ši posade sastavljene isključivo od žena. Na letovima na liniji

Mumbaj–Delhi 8. marta piloti i kabinsko osoblje su bile žene.

Takođe, u svim aspektima upravljanja ovim letovima odgovorne su

bile žene, od prodaje, tehnike, zemaljske operative, kargo službe, platfor-

me za parkiranje aviona i aerodromskih usluga. Tehnički servis je bio u

rukama žena avio-inženjera, tehničara, dispečera, dok su delatnosti koje

nisu tehničke prirode obavljale žene menadžeri, osoblje, obezbeđenje,

kargo personal.

Avio-kompanija koja i inače pruža jednake mogućnosti prilikom za-

pošljavanja, Dan žena je obeležila u pravom duhu nagradivši žene u orga-

nizaciji. Skoro 35 odsto zaposlenih u Džet ervejzu su žene.

Jet Airways

All-women crew flights

I

ndia’s Jet Airways celebrated International Women’s Day by operat-

ing flights with an all-women crew. Flights from Mumbai to Delhi

and back were operated by women pilots and cabin crew on 8 March.

In addition, every aspect of these flights was managed by an all-women

crew from a cross section of the business, including engineering, ground

handling, cargo, ramp and airport services. The technical services were

attended by women aircraft engineers, technicians and flight dispatchers;

while the non-technical work on the ground was handled by women duty

managers, counter staff, security officers, and cargo personnel. The airline,

as an equal – opportunities employer, celebrated International Women’s

Day in true spirit - applauding womanhood within the organization. Nearly

35 per cent of Jet Airways’ workforce comprise of women.

Er Sejšels

NOVA PLATFORMA ZA

REZERVACIJe I ČEK-IN

r Sejšels su završili prelazak na softversku

platformu za rezervaciju karata, prijavu

na let i ukrcavanje kompanije Sejbr, na među-

narodnim aerodromima Mahe i Praslin. Prvi

međunarodni let pod novim sistemom bio je na

liniji Sejšeli – Abu Dabi, 19. marta. Avio-prevo-

znik sada koristi system za rezervacije i ček-in

svetske klase, koji je prilagođeniji mušterijama,

a koji će u isto vreme omogućiti rast poslovanja

u budućnosti.

Na prelasku je radilo na stotine zaposlenih

u Er Sejšels koji su implementirali, testirali i

konfigurisali novi softver. Er Sejšelima je u

radu pomogao veliki tim Etihad ervejza.

Air Seychelles

New reservation and

check-in platform

A

ir Seychelles completed switch to its new

Sabre reservation and check-in platform

at Mahe International and Praslin Airports. The

first International flight handled under the new

system was from Seychelles to Abu Dhabi on

19 March. The airline now uses a world class

reservation and check-in system that is more

customer friendly and will allow growth of its

operations in the future. The cutover operation

involved hundreds of Air Seychelles staff who

initially implemented, tested and configured the

new software. Air Seychelles was assisted on-site

by a large support team from Etihad Airways.
