U pogledu higijenskih i pedagoških uslova bila je izraz najsavremenijih dostignuća svog vremena, sa vodovodnim instalacijama i engleskimklozetima, električnimosvetljenjem, centralnimgrejanjem i instalacijama koje su obezbeđivale provetravanje prostorija. Bila bih subjektivna kada bih rekla da je i dalje najlepša, ali svakako je jedna od najlepših.
