PREVOZA PRTLJAGA
SA EVROPSKIM
STANDARDIMA
U
slovi Er Srbije za prevoz pre-
datog prtljaga usklađeni su
sa standardima evropskih aviopre-
voznika. Na letovima Er Srbije pri-
menjuje se koncept naplate po ko-
madu predatog prtljaga umesto
po težini.
Gosti Er Srbije mogu u eko-
nomskoj klasi besplatno da preve-
zu jedan prtljag maksimalne težine
23 kilograma, a u biznis klasi dva
prtljaga težine 32 kilograma svaki.
Kao što se praktikuje u avio-
kompanijama širom sveta, svaki
predati prtljag koji prelazi dozvo-
ljenu težinu, broj i dimenzije odre-
đene novim uslovima biće poseb-
no naplaćivan.

checked baggage are alig-
ned with European airline stan-
dards. The free baggage allow-
ance accepted on Air Serbia flights
is based on pieces of luggage in-
stead of by weight.
Air Serbia guests are allowed
to check one piece of baggage
(max. 23 kg) in Economy Class,
and two pieces of baggage (max.
32 kg each) in Business Class.
As is the practice in other air-
lines worldwide, all baggage ex-
ceeding the allowed weight or
number of pieces, will be subject
to a fee.

• Postavite jastuk iza leđa.
• Sedite uspravno u sedištu da
biste izbegli sabijanje kičme.

težinom.
• Place the pillow at the hollow of
your back.
• Sit tall in your seat to avoid com-
pressing your spine.
• Do not cross your legs. Instead,
try to sit with your weight evenly
balanced.
SEDITE USPRAVNO / SIT UP STRAIGHT
• Sedite uspravno i nagnite se
napred u sedištu.
• Približite ramena ušima, pa ih
kružnim pokretom unazad spu-
stite.
• Ponovite vežbu u suprotnom sme-
ru podižući ramena prema ušima i
spuštajući ih u početni položaj.
• Sit tall and move forward in
your seat.
• Bring your shoulders up towar-
ds your ears, then circle back
downwards.
• Reverse the exercise by lifting
your shoulders towards your
ears and drop them back.
KRUŽITE RAMENIMA / SHOULDER CIRCLES
• Sedite uspravno u sedištu, posta-
vite jastuk pod butinu, malo iznad
kolena.
• Rasporedite težinu ravnomerno
pa kružite podignutim stopalom
pazeći da vam pri tom cela noga
bude što mirnija.
• Sit tall in your seat, and place
the pillow under your thigh, just
above the knee.
• Keep your weight even as you
circle your foot around, keeping
the whole foot as still as pos-
sible.
KRUŽITE STOPALOM / ANKLE CIRCLES
• Udobno se smestite u sedištu i
ispravite naslon za glavu.
• Nežno i polako kružite vratom na
jednu stranu, zatim ga vratite na
drugu stranu.
• Pokušajte da zadnji deo vrata sve
vreme držite pravo.
• Sit back in your seat and flatten
the headrest.
• Gently and slowly roll your neck
to one side, then back through
the centre towards the other
side.
• Try keeping the back of your
neck extended.

RECEIVE OSCAR QUALITY

ir Serbia Ground Services (ASGS), a subsi-
diary company of Air Serbia, has won the “Os-
car Quality”award in categoriesfor the private sec-
tor and services. The winners were announced at
the premises of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce
on the occasion of World Quality Day. The “Quality
Oscar” is a business excellence award that has been
awarded in Serbia and the region for 20 years. This
recognition is awarded by the Foundation for a
Culture of Quality and Excellence, in cooperation
with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and with
the support of the Ministry of Economy.
