litalija je uvela novu tarifu Light (Laka) u Italiji i Evropi, namenjenu za one koji
putuju samo sa ručnim prtljagom.
Light predstavlja novi način putovanja sa Alitalijom sa manje prtljaga i povoljnim
cenama od 79 evra za povratni let, sa istim komforom i kvalitetom usluge.
Nova tarifa će se primenjivati od 14. septembra na domaćim letovima u Italiji i
na međunarodnim prema Nemačkoj, Francuskoj, Španiji, Velikoj Britaniji, Grčkoj,
Turskoj, Poljskoj, Rumuniji, Gruziji, Alžiru i Egiptu.
Putnici koji putuju sa Light tarifom moraju da se čekiraju online, ili preko pamet-
nih telefona ili tableta, ili na aerodromskim stanicama za brzo prijavljivanje putnika.
Članovima ekskluzivnih klubova (Freccia Alata, Ulisse and the SkyTeam i ekviva-
lentana kod Etihad ervejz i Er Berlina) Alitalija nudi besplati prevoz prtljaga koji
predaju I izbor sedišta, čak I kada putuju sa Light tarifom.

Light is a new way of traveling with
Alitalia, with less luggage and conve-
nient prices starting at € 79 for a round-
trip flight, without giving up comfort
and quality of service.
The new Light fare is available on
selected non-stop round-trip flights
operated by Alitalia from 14 Septem-
ber 2015 on its domestic network, and
on International routes between Italy
and Germany, France, Spain, England,
Greece, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Geor-
gia, Algeria and Egypt.
Passengers who travel with the Light
fare must check-in exclusively online
on
Alitalia.comor through the Alitalia
App for smartphones and tablets, or in
airports at fast check-in stations only.
To members of the exclusive clubs
(Freccia Alata, Ulisse and the SkyTeam,
Etihad Airways and airberlin equiva-
lent categories) Alitalia offers double
advantage of checked baggage free of
charge and seat selection when traveling
on Light fare.

€ 375 miliona
A
litalija emituje obveznice u nominal-
noj vrednosti od 375 miliona evra,
bez obezbeđenja. Obveznice neće dobiti
rejting, a jedinstveni jemac njihove prodaje
(underwriter) je „Morgan Stenli“.
Obveznice dospevaju za pet godina, sa
denominacijom od 100.000 evra i fiksnim
godišnjim kuponom od 5,25%. Datum
izdavanja je 30. jul 2015. i biće listirane na
Irskoj berzi.
To su prve obveznice koje se izdaju
otkako je Alitalija SAI započela poslo-
vanje 1. januara 2015. Emisija će pružiti
veću finansijsku fleksibilnost i efektivne
alternativne izvore finansijske podrške za
razvojne projekte kompanije.
Plasman je planiran kvalifikovanim
institucionalnim investitorima.

€ 375 million
bonds
A
litalia - SAI SpA will issue a senior
unsecured bond for a total nominal
amount of 375 million euros. The bond, not
subject to rating, will be fully underwritten
by Morgan Stanley in its role as Sole Un-
derwriter.
The bond will be issued with notes
denomination of € 100,000, a term of five
years and a fixed annual coupon of 5.25%.
The issue date of the bond has been
set for 30 July 2015. On or about the issue
date, the bond are intended to be listed
on the Official List of the Irish Stock Ex-
change.
This is the first issue of a bond in the
capital market since Alitalia SAI com-
menced operations on 1 January 2015. It
provides greater financial flexibility and
effective alternative sources of financing
to support the development projects of the
company.
The placement is intended for qualified
institutional investors.
